Can a guest change their name in the OpenKey app?

Can a guest change their name in the OpenKey app?

Yes!  Any user can change their name from the OpenKey app.  We do suggest each user use their legal name at all times, however, to ensure that their reservation details always match the name associated with the phone number.    

1. From the OpenKey app, select the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the screen.  

2. Then select SETTINGS. 

3. Update the name in the field provided and select UPDATE.

This will update the name in the OpenKey app.
