      1. Double-click on room
      2. Select common facilities X
      3. SelectCheckIn/Out data (To set Checkin time as same as current time select [Set current time] and to set Check out date automatically select nights.)
      4. To issue several cards for the same room select [Save selected info]
      5. Click [Issue Card] button
