      Hotel Intelligence System - Extend Stay Time

      Go to Check In screen and double click the room to be extended. Change the status from Dirty Empty to Empty Clean Room.


      Select the same room and fill in the information on the right sidebar. 


      Issue the card. Leave the card on the encoder and select:

      Card management

      • Change Valid Time

      Verify the information and select the new date and time for check-out.

      Click Confirm to finish extending time of stay.
