      1. Go to Query

      • Select the report you wish to see


      You can choose from the following reports:

      • Check in report
        • Select Query to display all relative check-in information. 

      • Expected check-out report
        • Go to “Query”, “Expected check-out record”, and click “Query” to display all expired rooms or rooms set to check out today.
      • Checkout w/o card report
      • Card holding report
      • Operator report

      You can choose from the following records:

      • Card making record
        • Go to “Query”, “Card making record”, input operator, card type, valid time and click “Query” to display all suitable records.
      • Multi-door card making record
      • Entries records (see Lock Interrogation)
