      To recover a canceled card, Go to “Card Management”, click “Recover Card".

      • Recover card

      Choose operator or card type, type in the card number, click “Query” to display the card information.


      Choose the card information, put an empty card on the encoder, and click “Recover”.

      Read this “Recover Card” on the lock, and the canceled card can open the room again.
