Issuing a plastic RFID key card

1. In the Hotel Intelligence System, click on Card Management, then click Check in.

1. Place an empty plastic key on the card reader. The left sidebar in Hotel Intelligence System will say Empty Card under Card Type.
2. Double-click on the desired room. Select “FIT check-in” and click OK.

1. Populate the fields on the right sidebar in Hotel Intelligence System.

1. Click Issue Card in the bottom right of the screen. A window will pop-up that says “Make card successfully!” The left sidebar will include the room information.
2. Click OK on the pop-up window.
