      I got an error when downloading my key. What should I do?

      If you are trying to download your mobile key and are receiving the above error, a few things may have happened: 


      • The key server, used to deliver mobile keys, at the hotel is offline
      • The Virtual Private Network (VPN) used to create a secure connection is offline
      • The room that the key is being created for does not exist in the lock server or has not been programmed

       

      The best course of action is to contact the hotel or Support if you've received this error.
