      To open the guest room door, the guest can simply open the app, press the orange button, and hold the phone against the door lock.


      When the door successfully opens you will see a green check mark.



      The OpenKey Guest App now features a How To video, showing the guest how to open a door with their mobile key!

      • The Active Key Screen features a short video displayed beneath the mobile key button.
      • For a more detailed video, guests can click LEARN MORE located in the left sidebar menu.
