OpenKey App: Search Hotels
PrintGuests can chose from popular cities or search hotels by specific cities or states to find hotels that offer mobile key. If guests are trying to find a hotel outside of the United States, they will need to select the correct country from the drop down menu to the left of the City, State search bar. To view ALL HOTELS (outside white label properties), leave the search field blank and click the search magnifying glass.
From the search screen, guests can access:
- Hotel Address
- Pictures
- Highlights
- Dining (along with the "Book Table" button, if a reservation link has been added - Click here for more information on how to add a reservation link)
Without an active mobile key, guests cannot access the following in the Search Hotels section:
- WiFi information
- How To video clip
- Announcements
- Property maps
- Promotions
To update the cities associated with your hotel, follow these steps:
1. Click HOTEL from the left-hand menu and select VIEW from the Overview tile.
2. Locate the General Information tile and click Edit in the bottom right corner of the tile.
3. Add your desired cities to the Nearby City field. Click SUBMIT to save.
