Hotel Information: Adding Social Media Links
PrintAs of July 1, 2019, you can now add your hotel's social media links to the OpenKey app!
1. Log into OpenKey HOST with your Manager- or Owner-level credentials.
2. Click HOTEL on the left-hand side of HOST. Then click VIEW on the OVERVIEW tile.
3. Click Edit on the Social Links tile.
NOTE: If you leave one or more blank, the icons will NOT show in the OpenKey app.
4. Once added, click SUBMIT to save.
IF YOU LEAVE ONE OR MORE SOCIAL MEDIA LINK FIELD BLANK, the social media icons will now show on the OpenKey app within the Hotel Information section. From the Active Key Screen, click MORE and then HOTEL INFORMATION. The social media links will appear below the hotel images.
From the Search Hotels screen, enter your hotel's city in the search field. Then click on your hotel. The social media links will appear below the hotel images.
