Hotel Information: Promotions
PrintStarting in March 2020, you can now add Promotions to the OpenKey HOST platform that will show in the app. This section will only show for guests with an active mobile key and is accessible from the MORE button on the key screen.
To add, edit, or delete Promotions, log into OpenKey HOST as a Manager.
ADDING A PROMOTION:
Click on HOTEL on the left-hand menu. Then click VIEW on the card labeled PROMOTIONS.
Click ADD PROMOTION.
Add the desired information to the title and description fields (description is optional).
Then add an image by clicking ADD IMAGE and select the appropriate image (350x150px). This will be the background of the promotion within the app.
Click SUBMIT.
EDITING A PROMOTION:
Click on HOTEL on the left-hand menu. Then click VIEW on the card labeled PROMOTIONS.
Click EDIT on the promotion you wish to update.
Make the desired changes and click SUBMIT. **If you would like to change the picture, you will need to delete and re-add the promotion with the new image.**
DELETING A PROMOTION:
Click on HOTEL on the left-hand menu. Then click VIEW on the card labeled PROMOTIONS.
Click DELETE on the promotion you wish to remove.
The promotion will no longer show after clicking DELETE.
