      OpenKey HOST: Notifications

      OpenKey sends notification emails to the hotel email address on file in HOTEL INFORMATION.  




      You can set email notifications to send for the following updates:

      • A guest has submitted a pre-arrival check-in confirmation.
      • A guest has opted to express check-out through the app.
      • A guest has shared their key.
      • A guest has opened a door with their mobile key for the first time, alerting you to the guest arriving on-property
      • A guest has submitted feedback. (Coming Soon!)

      To edit which of these send notifications, follow these steps:

      1. Log into OpenKey HOST (https://host.openkey.co).
      2. Click HOTEL on the left side.
      3. Click on the NOTIFICATIONS tile.
      4. Check and uncheck which notifications you would like to receive.
