Skip the Front Desk only - All guests will be issued a key prior to arrival.

PRE-ARRIVAL EMAIL TO GUESTS


When guests click on the "Confirm Reservation Details" button, they will be directed to a webform.

After confirming reservation details, two emails will go out simultaneously: one to the guest and one to the hotel.

Finally, the guest's information will show in the OpenKey HOST platform in the GUEST tab under all current, in-house guests.
