      T-Mobile users may not receive text messages from OpenKey due to message blocking. T-Mobile's message blocking feature varies based on the user's personal settings for their mobile device. The feature prevents unwanted calls and texts from unknown numbers.


      In order to receive text messages from OpenKey, T-Mobile users can call 611 from their mobile device (or from a non T-Mobile device, 1(800) 937-8997) and request the phone number be removed from their list of blocked phone numbers.
