      Updating Mobile Keys: Changing Guest Information (Guest Name and Email)

      You can NOW edit the guest’s profile information within OpenKey HOST if they have an active mobile key.  They can also edit their information within the settings of the OpenKey Guest App.


      Log into https://host.openkey.co with your user credentials.


      Locate the guest you wish to update and click the room number.




      Click the guest's name.  



      Make the necessary updates. 



      Click SUBMIT.  


      The guest's information is now updated.
