Updating Mobile Keys: Overview

You can edit the following items for current, in-house guests with mobile keys:

• Changing Departure Date
• Updating Check-out time
• Moving a Guest's Room
• Updating a Guest's Name or Email

You cannot edit the phone number.  You must check the guest out and check them back in to correct the phone number.

As a reminder, you can issue plastic keys along with mobile, as long as you follow the proper procedure laid out by your lock manufacturer.  Find out more about how to issue both mobile keys and plastic keys for the same reservation here.
