User Management: Deleting Users

Only Manager or Owner user roles can delete users.  

1. Log into https://host.openkey.co with your Management or Owner credentials.
2. Click HOTEL on the left side of the page. 
3. Click VIEW on the tile labeled USERS.
4. Use the search bar or manually locate the person you wish to delete.
5. Click the red trash can in the bottom right corner of the user's card.
6. Confirm by clicking REMOVE.

This will automatically deactivate the user’s ability to login and issue/manage mobile keys.
